The Beatles!!! (minus two...)I was looking for a Beatles tune for awhile that I didn't feel had been too over done, and I settled on this one. It's a simple tune, light and fun, and if you'd like, there's excellent background vocals throughout the song.
The background vocals are sung by the incomparable Paul Cote. Paul introduced me to square dancing in 1987, got me to start calling with him in 1988, and made me a recording artist on his label in 2012. I owe him a lot, and I'm always glad when I sing this song to have him by my side again. Just like old times. Thanks, man. |
